Terms of Use — Your Agreement with Samsung Appliance Repair

We noticed that customers rarely read terms of use because they are usually written by lawyers for other lawyers. We wrote these terms of use to be different — plain English, no hidden clauses, and nothing that should surprise any reasonable customer. Our clients like knowing exactly what they are agreeing to before we arrive, so here it is clearly laid out.
What These Terms of Use Cover
These terms of use apply to all Samsung appliance repair work we carry out at your home or business, whether you booked online, by phone, or in person. They cover pricing, booking and cancellation conditions, our 30-day warranty, and your rights if something is not right. Our clients tell us they feel more confident booking when they have read this page — that is exactly why we made it easy to read.
Booking and Appointment Conditions
You book by submitting your details on our website or by calling us — it takes under two minutes. We noticed our clients strongly preferred a confirmed 2-hour arrival window over a vague all-day slot, so that is what we text and email you after every booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your slot to another customer who needs it.
Pricing and Payment
Our clients tell us the thing they dislike most about tradespeople is surprise invoices. We agree. Our technician provides a full written quote before touching anything — you approve it, or we leave with no charge beyond the diagnostic fee. Payment is due on completion. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
Our 30-Day Warranty
Every repair comes with a 30-day parts-and-labor warranty, and we noticed that customers really valued getting that in writing on the day. So we issue a written warranty certificate before we leave. If the same fault comes back within 30 days, we return and fix it at no charge. The warranty does not cover new faults, accidental damage, or misuse — that is the only limitation.
Your Rights Under Our Terms of Use
Under these terms of use, you have the right to a written quote before any work starts, the right to decline the repair after seeing the quote with no additional charge, and the right to a written 30-day warranty on every completed repair. Our clients like knowing they can contact us any time to raise a concern, and that we respond within one business day — no automated brush-offs.
Additionally, US consumer rights under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act may apply to your repair. Learn more at the FTC Warranty Guidance website. You can also read our privacy policy for full details on how we handle your personal data.
